Who Am I
<Nostalgia>
1998 Jezzine, Lebanon: Found a booklet in the public library about creating an html web page. Almost three decades and a whole career later, that thought never left my mind.

2000 Beirut, Lebanon: My journey started with WP development and I soon became a senior WordPress developer.
Working with web opened my eyes to certain Cyber Security issues and that world became a little passion of mine as I started learning about programming for security.
Before long, I found myself back in college, stuying Cyber Security in Cerro Coso, CA. I then greaduated with a BS in Cyber Security from Western Governors University.
I worked for MSSPs and then financial institutions, and served public and private sectors in the USA and the MENA region.
2018 Bakersfield, CA: My journey with Artificial intelligence started at Harvard University.
AI has been taking a lot of space in the world of cyber security to the point where, at some level, they have overlapped and merged into one. It seemed inevitable that I needed to learn how AI worked for me to be a better Cyber Security engineer. And what better place to learn cutting edge technology than Harvard!
In what seemed like a natural progression of my contributions I then started developing Machine Learning – based solutions for my cyber security team and shortly after for other departments.
2019 Lebanon: In response to the developing economic crisis (and in prevention of any more of that) I have started an initiative to teach students and young adults how to build websites, how to program with Python, and how to program for artificial intelligence. The classes are all completely free, and those about programming are all certified (also free) from Harvard. Check them out or spread the word at Qyomto.
